Shipping policy

All orders placed before 6:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped out the next business day, Monday - Friday.  Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed and fulfilled the next business day and shipped out the following day.

Unless specifically requested not to, ALL shipments MAY have a signature confirmation requirement included for final delivery. 

ALL orders returned for non-delivery or incorrect/incomplete address may result in extra shipping fees and restocking charges.

Please note, estimated delivery dates are those provided by the carriers but are not guaranteed.

Possible Delays

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
